It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Barker (Alliance, Ohio), born in Caldwell, Ohio, who passed away on January 8, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Haines and Ruth Haines (Boothby). She is survived by: her husband Harold "Bud" Barker; her children, Mark Barker (Lisa), Michele Rankin (Tom) and Matt Barker (Rachel); and her sister Shirley Bacon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Her involvement included many committees, secretary, volunteer for the food pantry, monthly church dinners, the education fund and organized many donations to the local domestic violence shelter.
