She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Thomas and Mary Thomas (Moyer); her husband Robert Lee Fryfogle; her son Anthony R Fryfogle; and her siblings, Mike Thomas and Carol Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Lynn Ullom (Eric) of Alliance and Derek Lee Fryfogle (Kimmie) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Myles, Ava, Grace, Ella and Olive; her siblings, Bob Thomas (Janet), Rex Thomas (Debbie) and Diane Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, Chris Thomas and Eric Fryfogle (Michele). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
