He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph "Sonny" and Margaret Skivolocki (Penrod); and his brother David Skivolocki. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Skivolocki (Sutcliffe); his sons, Todd Skivolocki of Alliance and Tyler Skivolocki of Alliance; his stepson Tony Sutcliffe (Niki) of Akron; his grandson Viktor Sutcliffe; his sisters, Rosemary Flenniken (Ralph) of Avon Park, FL and Cathy Jones of Alliance; and his sister-in-law Beverly Skivolocki of Alliance. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
