She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Fails; her siblings, Diana Fails, Tim Fails (Michelle Fails) and Mary Beth (Cliff Smith); her siblings' children, Kayla (Brock), Keira, Nathan, Ally and Blake; and also Jerry Hammerton.
