He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Elliot-Campbell and Inez Elliot-Campbell; his wife Mary Lou; his children, Kathy Pepper (Scott), Jennifer Kinsey (Buddy) and Thomas Campbell (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tommy, Michele (Bobby), Jay, Josh, Heath, Justin (Kerissa), Saydie (Will), Chelsea (Brodie), Logan, Olivia, Taylor, Landon, Victoria, Brantley, Katelyn, Georgia and Dean; his sister Doris Nezbeth; his son Ricky Lee; and his siblings, Arlene, Judy, Thelma and David. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
