It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma A. Linear (Alliance, Ohio), who passed away on October 22, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Mae Anderson (Jenkins) and Matthew D. Anderson, Sr.; her child Artis M. Linear; her husband Everett Linear; and her siblings, Mable Anderson, Bertha Blackburn, Mary Helen Joyce of Canton and Artis L. Anderson.
She is survived by: her son Byron C. Linear of Canton, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Brent E. Linear, Ashley Linear, Michael Linear, Jennifer Linear and Elsianne Bennett; her great grandchildren, Trevor, Xavier Morgan, Alex, Jackson Bryant and Brent E. Linear, Jr.; her brother Matthew Anderson (Ruby) of Alliance; and her cousin Imogene Williams. She is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
