Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Vernon Bailey of Alliance, Ohio, born in Grahn, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 85, on February 12, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bailey and Roberta Bailey (Holbrook); and his siblings, Lane, Michael, Patty, Terrella and Billy Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bailey (Bell); his children, David Bailey, Lori Parker (Tim) and Lisa Bailey (Chris McCallum); his granddaughter Rachael Summers (Justin); his sisters, Joyce Saffron, Judy Gentile and Shirley Gibbons (Paul); his sister-in-law Pat Bailey; his great grandchild Hudson Keith Summers; and his pet Belle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
