It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Biggs (Alliance, Ohio), born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on May 21, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Biggs and Lillian Biggs (Confoy); and his son William Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Biggs (Tennis); and his children, Brian Biggs (Karen), Bruce Biggs, Donnie Stanley, Brent Biggs (Ami), Kathy Devies, Lorraine Franks (Robert), Sara Dennis (Terry) and April Kraft (Larry). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
