She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Shaffer; her husband James E. "Ferd" Fraunfelter; her son James E. Fraunfelter Jr.; her sisters, Jean Stoneburner (Chick) and Hazel Thomas (Grant); and her great grandchild Ava Grace Gunn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Ann Hendrix of Circleville and Susan Noble of Spring Valley, Ohio; her grandchildren, Christopher Kirby (Brittany), Kiel Noble (Jamie) and Amanda Gunn; her great grandchildren, Darian Keith, Alivia Kirby, Lane, Hudson, Sawyer Noble and Cody Gunn; her brother Robert Shaffer (Mildred) of Pataskala; and her sibling's children, Rise and Rudy.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions payable to "Dayton Children's Hospital" in memory of Dodie and in honor of her great granddaughter, Ava Grace Gunn by mailing them in care of Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, P.O. Box 176, Amanda, OH 43102.
