He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Conrad and Alta Mae Conrad; his grandson Johnathan Ross Porter; his great grandchild Daphne Nicole Ammerman; his sister Mary Alice Grooms (Forrest); and his son-in-law David Ammerman.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Conrad; his children, Debora Hucker (Bobby), Beverly Graves (Rob), Tracy Mark Conrad (Karen), Melody Porter (Matt), Garry Conrad (Mary Beth) and Barry Conrad (Linda); and his brother Jay Russell Conrad (Dixie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
