She is survived by: her children, David Targett (Patricia) of New London, Douglas Targett (Cathy) of Livermore, Michael Dennis (Carmen) of Amherst and Carol Shinski of Elyria; her siblings, Robert Liston (Shelby) of Hampton and Mary Sines (Ron) of Carrolton; and her spouse William F. Targett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
