He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Combs (Plidge) and Estill Combs; his daughter Robin Lynn Jent; and his brothers, Louie, Virgil and Oakley Combs.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Jent of Cherry Valley; his daughter Regina L. Stecki (George) of Ashtabula, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jessica, Domanic and Chelsea; his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Rowan and Olivia; and his siblings, Lutisha, Volina Mae, Jeanie, Sara Mae, Earl and Alex.
