He is survived by: his wife Debora Evans (Adams); his sons, Frank Evans (Kelley) of Covington and William Adams (Annie) of Sherman, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Walker, Hayes, Bekha and T. J.; and his siblings, Marilyn Kimmie of Columbus, Cecelia Landrum (Hilldred) of Cleveland, Gwen Meeks (James) of Cleveland, Linda Evans of Cleveland and Charles Evans (Judy) of Cleveland.
