It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Marie Foreman of Antwerp, Ohio, born in Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Myles Foreman; and her grandparents, Donald, Lucille Foreman, Kenneth and Elva Ross (Sally).

She is survived by : her mother Sandra Clay of Greencastle, Ind; her son Nicholas Foreman of Van Wert, Ohio; and her siblings, Kellie Romer (Marty) of Greencastle, Ind. and Kerry Kuether (Barb) of Minster, Ohio. She is also survived by five nieces; and one nephew.
