She was predeceased by : her siblings, Mick Butterbaugh, Kathy Butterbaugh, Patty Ann Flinner and Kidwell. She is survived by : her children, Terry Mullins of Orrville, Nina Mae Chaney (Jeff) of Wooster and Nathan Mullins (Sarah) of Marshallville; her grandchildren, Allison, Annabelle Chaney, Peyton and Gatlin Mullins; and her siblings, Dennis Butterbaugh (Kathy) of Arizona, Harry Butterbaugh (Donna) of Shreve and Pam Johnston of Shreve.
