With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Maxwell of Apple Creek, Ohio, born in Lodi, Ohio, who passed away on December 7, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles D. Maxwell and Betty Jane Maxwell (Kain); and his grandson Brody. He is survived by : his close friend Gemma; his wife Kelly; his children, Jodi (Steve Kiko), Roy "Duffy" (Tiffany Maxwell), Heather (Ron Scott Kurtz), Nick (Stephanie Maxwell), Melissa (Joe McClellan) and Mackenzie Rae Maxwell of Apple Creek; his grandchildren, Morgan, Bart, Bryce, Brock, Bridget, Brookelyn, Brieona, Andrew, Madison, Zoey, Chaz and Eleanor; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Addison and Bennett; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Tom Caperton of Apple Creek; his half-sister Alice Beavers of Arizona; and his sister Nancy.
