It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Lou Toy of Arcanum, Ohio, born in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Berton Johns and Edna Johns (Bell); and her brothers, Bruce Johns, Kenneth Johns and Jerry Johns.

She is survived by : her husband Donald "Tink" Toy; her children, Jerret Toy of Arcanum, Shane Toy (Kelli) of Arcanum and Jackie Baker (Lester) of Arcanum; her grandchildren, Samantha Hartzell, Kaitlyn Toy, Caden, Bryn and Londyn Baker; her great grandchild Kyler Goubeaux; her siblings, Merle Johns of Akron, Trudy Johns of New Kensington, PA, Bill Johns (Mary) of Adrian, PA and Polly Delacor (Jeff) of Adrian, PA; her sister-in-law Julie Johns of Adrian, PA; and her in-laws, Raymond Toy, Jr. (Jamie) of Kittanning, PA, Mike Toy (Holly) of Rural Valley, PA, Barbara Toy of Kittanning, PA and Rusty Toy (Lori) of Kittanning, PA..

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tribute Funeral Home (1000 N Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be given to Dayton Children's Hospital.
