It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elgene LaDonna Neiswander of Arlington, Ohio, who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nelson and Sevilla Nelson (Beach); her former husband John Pore; her spouse Claude Neiswander; her daughters, Roberta Peterson (John) and Sharon Clymer (Thomas); her siblings, Bob, Dick, Francis, Billy Dean Nelson and Mary Jo Craig; and her stepson Ron Neiswander.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Pore (Vickie) of Arlington and Brad Pore of Forest; her sister Bonnie Durkin of Dunkirk; and her stepdaughter-in-law Marilyn Neiswander. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and19 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bethel Church of Christ (4014 Co Rd 304, Ada, OH 45810).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Elgene to Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
