She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Obrecht and Selma Obrecht (Snyder). She is survived by : her husband George W. Koch Jr.; her children, Chris Koch (Darcie), Melissa Neece and Michelle Frasher (Scott); her grandchildren, Natasha Williams, Nathan Williams and Mason Frasher (Billie); her great grandchildren, Ryan Williams, Caleb Williams, Jack Williams, Dane Frasher and Gage Frasher; and her brothers, Ron Obrecht (Sandy), Randy Obrecht (Jean) and Raymond Obrecht (Elaine).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Cheryl's memory may be mailed to the Mohicanville Community Church, 343 OH-95, Loudonville, OH 44842.
