She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Poland and Erma Poland (Arnold); her husband David D. Kauffman; and her brothers, Terry D. Poland and Steven P. Poland.
She is survived by : her children, Vanessa Kohler of Mansfield, Jacob Kohler (Marquita) of Columbus and Katie Kohler of Athens, GA; her stepson Lee Kauffman of Ashland; her grandchildren, Kaylee, Kierstin, Brody, Dutch and Kyleigh; her great grandchild McKenna; her siblings, Midge Rinard, David Poland (Jane) and Mike Poland (Chrissy); and her former life partner Carl Kohler. She is also survived by three children.
The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of North Central Ohio, 1050 Dauch Drive Ashland, Ohio 44805.
