He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Klemowski and Gertrude Klemowski; his former wife Leann; and his sister Linda Salisbury. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Klemowski of Ashland; his son Christopher Klemowski (Jodi) of Ashburn, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Nolan and Alana Klemowski.
