She is survived by: her sons, Harold Cook (Cindy), David Cook (Charlene) and Roger Cook (Tammy); her grandchildren, David, Tracy, Laura, Brian, Amy, Adam and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Phoebe, Abigail, Gabrielle, Mason, Allie and Rhett; and her brother George.
