He was predeceased by: his father James Slocum; and his brother Rick Slocum. He is survived by: his mother Jeanette Slocum Ellsworth (Klaue); his sons, Daniel Carl and Brian Kevin Slocum; and his siblings, Scott Slocum (Cindy) and Lori Fazio (Nicholas). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
