It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Scalise of Ashtabula, Ohio, born in Conneaut, Ohio, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A. Harlacher and Leola G. Harlacher (Watters); her husband Bernard V. "Bud" Scalise; her sons, Thomas D. Scalise and Gary B. Scalise; her sisters, Joyce Salisbury and June Harlacher; and her great grandchild Stella.

She is survived by: her great grandchild Ameila; her grandsons, Bryan Scalise (Elizabeth) and Jonathan Scalise; and her great grandchild Amelia.

Memorials in her memory may be given to First Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
