He is survived by: his children, Paul Starkey (Missy) of Parma Heights, Carson Dales (Homer) of Ashtabula, Richard Starkey (Laura) of California and Timothy Starkey of Parma; his grandchildren, Charles, Chucky, Kyle, Whitney, Shawn, Little Paul, Roy and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Elaina and Evan; and his siblings, Russell J. Starkey of Geneva and LaVonna Ickes of Geneva.
