She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Beatty and Mildred Beatty (Thompson); her husband James Lewis; her close friend Floyd "Froggy" Swank; and her sister Nadine Allerman.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Lewis, Eugene Lewis, John Lewis, Pam Sherman (Rick), Susan Lewis (John) and Wade Lewis (Angela); her siblings, Dwight Beatty and Judy Boggs; her grandchildren, Kristie Lewis, Zachary Bean, Robbie Brecker, Jean Bartone, Wade "Dunners" Lewis, Jr., Sarah, Megan and Erika Kelsey; and her great grandchildren, Olivander, Eloise, Jacob, Troy, Hazel, Prestin and Karson Lee.
