She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Churney and Elizabeth Churney (Jackovic); her former husband Carl DeJohn; her husband Anthony Patriarco; her son Mark DeJohn; and her siblings, Joseph, Martin, John, Francis, Albert, Mamie, Elizabeth and Kathleen.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph DeJohn (Sue) of Roaming Shores and Rose Marie Hyman of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Bob, Matt, Greg DeJohn, Micky, Ronn Hale, Renee Stowe and Valerie DeJohn. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews and three stepsons.
