She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Stewart and Ruth Stewart (Sharp); her husband Jim Champlin; her sons, Ron Champlin and Lynn Champlin; her stepfather James Mitchell; her siblings, George, Harold, Roy, Ralph Stewart, Lorene Peck and Helen Mack; her granddaughter Amy Champlin; and her great grandchild Gabrielle Collins.
She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Linda Champlin and Nadine Champlin; and her grandchildren, Stephen Champlin (Siddiqua), Lisa Simmons (Michael), Jason Champlin, Julie Collins (George), Robin Moghe (Sanjeev) and Mark Champlin (Heather). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
