He was predeceased by: his parents, Reno Karsikas and Mary Karsikas (Gann); his daughter Clarissa Karsikas; his grandson Michael; his sister Donna; and his sibling's children, Johnathan Jr., Holly and Angel Ates.
He is survived by: his wife Heastrine Karsikas; his children, Felicia Goodman (Verlin), Kathryn Marteny, Gary Karsikas and Cassandra Karsikas; his sisters, Marva Ates (Raymond) and Sherri Crisholm; and his grandchildren, Verlin, Angel, Sabrina, Kenneth, Cody, Tyler, Harmony, Jesse, Gabriella, Sebastian and Matthew. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
