We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2021, at the age of 94, Hazel McFarland-Ouillette of Ashtabula, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William McFarland; and her son Charles McFarland. She is survived by: her daughter Susan M. Addair Bluhm (McFarland); her grandchildren, Dustin Addair (Amanda) of Thompson, Jessica, Logan and Grand Valley High Scholl; and her great grandchildren, Nathan and Kylie Addair.
Masks and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
