It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Lynne Noce (Ashtabula, Ohio), who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Millis and Peggy Millis; her husband William Noce (Bill); and her daughter Laura Lynn. She is survived by: her sister Nancy; her daughters, Wendi Noce (Bob Carney) and Terri Reedy; her grandchildren, Krystal Noce, James Reddy and Cameron Reedy; and her cousin Nancy Mason.
