He is survived by: his wife Brenda Harkins; his children, William Potter (Melissa) of Ashtabula, Fabian Potter (LeAnne) of Geneva, Dianna Santana (Tony) of Ashtabula, John and Chris Harkins; his grandchildren, Sean and Chelsea Harkins; his siblings, Doris Sarvis (Larry), Barbara Harkins and Terry Britnell; and his close friend Lady. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
