It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Phelps Jr. of Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Phelps and Jack Phelps; and his brother Ron Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Toni Padavick of Ashtabula; his children, Andy (Ali), Violet (Wesley), Jake (Molly) and Ada Jane; his parents-in-law, Debbie, Joe Dragon, Cheri, John Rocco, Rose Phelps, Ralph Padavick, Jeff, Cindy Padavick, Connie, Dave Siedlarczyk, Tiffanee, Jay Warner and Tracee Sallaz; and his children, Sorrows Church and Father Raymond Thomas of Our Lady.
