He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kotnik and Reza Kotnik (Hungler); his wife Mildred Kotnik (Hank); and his siblings, John Kotnik, Mary Beuhler, Pauline Telehusen, Rosene Kotnik and Alvina Kotnik.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Kotnik (Leora), Jodi Juhasz (Allen Bartko), Janet Dello (Jim Ryan) and Robert Kotnik; his grandchildren, Julie, Holly, Wendy, Jana, Jennifer, Molly, Joseph and Randy; his friend Chriss Gerhardt; and his son-in-law Dan Dello. He is also survived by nineteen loving great grandchildren; two great- great grandchildren.
