With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce C. Musser (Ashtabula, Ohio), born in Fayetteville, West Virginia, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Musser; her siblings, Betty Baker and Richard Painter; and her son-in-law Bruce Anderson. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa A. Gaines (Christopher Wilfong) of Ashtabula, Debra J. Anderson of Ashtabula and Cathy J. Cardera (Nick) of Ashtabula; her granddaughters, Jaclyn Cardera, Pamela Kowalczyk (Chris) and Amy Anderson; her great grandchildren, Natalie and Katelyn Kowalczyk; and her sister Norma R. Brown (Strawn).
