Leah Mead Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Leah Mead of Ashtabula, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Leah Mead to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Thomas and Harold Thomas; and her husband Merlin. She is survived by: her aunt Ruby; her uncle Dick Lower; her children, Deborah Owens (Tom) of Woodbury and John Mead (Carol) of Ashtabula; her grandchildren, Leah Calvin (Andrew) of Wisconsin, William Owens (Amanda) and Elizabeth Owens of Minnesota; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Daniel Calvin and Evangeline Owens. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, a private family service will be held Saturday March 6, followed by a Celebration of Life later this year.
