She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Moore and Ellen Moore (Perew); her husband Wesley A. Hallgren; and her sisters, Leona Fuller and Gwendolyn Wetherbee.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Hallgren (Colleen), Bonita Hallgren and Denise Walton (Don); and her brother-in-law Marvin Wetherbee. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory may be given to the VFW Post #943, 4102 Main Ave., Ashtabula or a charity of one's choice.
