It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Zukoski in Ashtabula, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Chase and Eleanore Chase (Kniola); and her brother Jack Chase. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Davis (Chris Pazemis) and Brian Hendricks (Michelle Cox); and her grandchildren, Leah Davis, Ember Pazemis and Marissa Cox. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
