He was predeceased by: his wife Veronica J. Surbella Caruso; his brother Peter A. Caruso, Jr.; his granddaughter Jessica Cook; and his sons-in-law, Richard Eyajan and Dale Schossler.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Eyajan, Deborah Mead (David), Nick Caruso, Jr. (Chris), Jennifer Cook, Paulette Caruso Schossler and Julia Solden (Larry); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Lydia, Mathew, Julia, Jennifer, Jesse, Jr., Amy, Amanda, David, Jr., Nick, III and Sheila; and his sisters, Lillian Evans and Darlene Stenbeck. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
