She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vance and Clara Vance; her son David Lee Cardona; and her sisters, Eva Keene and Bonnie Brenwald.

She is survived by: her children, Victor Cardona (Jackie), Mary Cardona-Covert (Chris) and Isabelle Cardona-Harris (Damon); her grandchildren, Jacob, Chase Cardona, Amyna Corpening, Christopher, Brianna Covert, Jazlyn and Jalen Harris; and her siblings, Shirley Vance and Frank Vance.
