He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smock Patriarco; his children, Kimberly Fleming (Peter) of Ashtabula and Kelly Farrell (David) of Ashtabula; his stepchildren, Dan Patriarco (Stephanie) of Ashtabula, Bob Patriarco (Jolie) of Solon, OH and Michelle Patriarco (Paul Merlo) of Ravenna, OH; his grandchildren, Tyler Fleming (Rachel), Ryan Fleming of Ashtabula, Bobby, Kyle Cevera of Ashtabula, Sam, Mia Patriarco of Solon, OH, Grace and Luke Patriarco of Ashtabula; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Mason and Olivia Fleming.
