He is survived by: his sons, Garrett, Dale Sheldon of Beaver Falls, PA, Sean Sheldon of Ashtabula and Matthew Surbella of Ashtabula; his grandchildren, Landon Michael Wade Sheldon and Lanie Marie Sheldon; his daughter Jennifer Sheldon; his father David Sheldon; his stepparents, Carolyn Sheldon and Samuel H. Merriman, Jr.; his siblings, Kevin Sheldon of Ashtabula, Tim Sheldon (Terri) of Deltona, FL, Misty Sheldon of Marietta, GA, Kristina Gould (Trent) of Hattiesburg, MS, John Sheldon of Cincinnati, Daniel and Julianne Sheldon of Ashtabula; and his close friend Ragnar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
