He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry and May McSkimming (Livingston); his former wife Judith McSkimming; his children, Thomas McSkimming, Jr., Timothy McSkimming, Lori Miller, Edward Price and Robert Price; and his grandson Thomas McSkimming, III.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, April Dabney (Cary) of Boardman, Lisa Caporaletti (Jeff) of Uniontown and Amy Bowers (Steve) of Mercer, Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Kenneth McSkimming (Diane) of Massillon and Kathy Eliser (Bill) of Boardman. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
