He is survived by: his friend Slick Rick; his daughters, Summer Doxey (Brigham) of Logan, Krysta Wells (Zac) of Fishersville and Kaylie Perry (Corey) of Waynesboro, Virginia; his siblings, Michelle Shick, Lynette Kelly and Michael Kelly (Tess) of Ashtabula; his grandchildren, Lilyan, Layla, Lane, Finn, Madison, Emma, Zoey and Trenton; and his siblings' children, Scott Mills, Devon Etling, Tom "Ziggy" Kelly, Cherish Shick, Krystal Kelly, Kandice Kelly, Michael Kelly and Tauri Kelly.
