He was predeceased by: his brother Jack; and his sister-in-law Candice Lee Brinker. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Lesko (Bill) of Marengo, Mark Brinker (Judy) of Texas and Dan Brinker of Colmubus; his nephew Sam Brinker of Columbus; Lisa Speakman of Amanda, Bob Pontius and Pat Pontius.
Jay requested in lieu of flowers that memorials could be made to Hedges Chapel Church 15495 Winchester Rd. Ashville 43103.
