He was predeceased by: his father Andrew J. Chonko (Andy); and his brother Arnold T. Chonko. He is survived by: his mother Anne Marie Royko Chonko; the mother of his children Deborah Louise Chonko; his brother Art Chonko (Carla); his children, Sun Leeper, Jeremy Mills (Jennifer), Sarah Mills Guisinger, Andrew Chonko II (Rachel) and Kiah Chonko; and his grandchildren, Rachel Jackson (Ryan), Taylor Martin, Rylee Mae Leeper, Paityn Irene Leeper, Lilly LeAmber Mills, Hailey Louise Mills, Bryce Hayden Mills, Jordan Marie Zaayer, Terrence Hayden Zaayer, Gary Amer Clark and Briar Rose Chonko-Goble.
