She was predeceased by: her parent Leonard Cecil Scott; and her husband Raymond Howard Bails. She is survived by: her parent Thelma Rose Carsey Scott; her daughter Brenda Phillips of Albany; her son-in-law Clay Phillips of Albany; her siblings, Carolyn Ice of Albany and Charles Scott of Wadsworth; and also Raymond Ice of Albany. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
