He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil A. Cooley and Florence Martin Cooley Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Palmer Cooley; his children, Cecile Ann "Cissy" Cooley of Gold Canyon, AZ and Craig; his daughter-in-law Iris Cooley of Hawthorn Woods, IL; his grandchildren, Stephanie Cooley of Dubai, UAE, Derek Cooley (Tegan) of Denver, CO and Lindsay Ferguson (Chris) of Clawson, MI; his sister Eula Mergler (Robert) of Bakersfield, CA; his niece Carole Scherrer (Matt) of Bigfork, MT; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alaura, Karina, Drew, Tessa, Clint and Molly Scherrer.
