Blanche F. Parmiter Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Gwinn and Rhoda Jeffers Gwinn; her husband Wilbur Parmiter; her granddaughter Kristin Guillum; and her siblings, Grace Ardent, Marie Scurlock, Gene Gwinn and Linda Linscott.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Parmiter (Sondra) and Susi Davis (Paul); her grandsons, Scott Parmiter (Caroline) and Shane Vincent (Alicia); and her brother Dean Gwinn. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; twin great great granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Athens County Food Pantry.
