He was predeceased by: his father Brian D. Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Graham of Athens; his wife Natalie Marie Hoffman; his children, Abigail Paige Marie Hoffman and Hunter Lee Althouse; his half-brother Zachary Hoffman; and his mother-in-law Teresa Cline-Scurlock. He is also survived by close friend whom he considered a brother; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
